Aliana Mt (they/she) is a director, photographer, and artist based in Los Angeles. Aliana's fiber art practice is an exploration of various textile techniques, including knitting, crocheting, sewing, and embroidery. One of Aliana's notable skills is her expertise in darning garments, a process of repairing and reinforcing worn or damaged fabrics.

Description: Bring clothes that require some TLC and you’ll learn how to use a speedweave, a tool for repairing holes in fabric. Each participant will gain the confidence to darn their own garment, transforming it from worn to adorned. All attendees will receive a speedweave kit to take home!
