Event Flow:

• Kickoff Challenge (15 min): We’ll open with a grounding question to set the tone and invite reflection.

• Speed Networking (45 min): Quick, intentional 1-on-1 conversations with rotating partners. Conversation starters are provided to keep the conversation flowing!

• Freeform Networking + Group Shareback (30-45 min): After making your rounds, reconnect in an open space to mingle and share your thoughts with the wider group.
