SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer standard shipping within the U.S. and free shipping for domestic orders over $300. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping:
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the carrier. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for any delivery issues.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for returns and 30 days of the delivery date for exchanges.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Sale items, final sale items, and custom/upcycled pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, email us at circularlibrary@kolon-usa.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps and a return shipping label.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us to check availability.

Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above
